Brookside Surgery is a two partner, rural, dispensing practice with over 4000 patients. We pride ourselves on being a teaching and training practice and are fortunate to have training GP (Registrars) as part of the clinical team.
GP Registrars join us as part of their GP training for either 3 months, 6 months or a year in their final parts of training as GPs. They are all fully qualified doctors with at least 3 years post qualification experience. Video recordings of some consultations with GP Registrars are made as part of their assessment process.
The consent of the patient is obtained prior to the consultation and can be withdrawn at any time.
