Dr Alex Watters


Dr Watters studied at Warwick University and qualified in 2008. She has an interest in Women’s Health, Family Planning and Paediatrics.

Dr Jonathan Menon


Dr Menon studied at Charles University, Prague and qualified in 2009. His interests are Diabetes, Musculoskeletel Medicine and Men's Health. Dr Menon is one of the training doctors in the practice supporting our GP Registrars. Sport is a particular passion with Rugby and Triathlon dominating most of his spare time (when not tearing after his children).

Dr Pete Reeves


Dr Reeves qualified from Warwick University in 2006 and joined the practice in 2013. His special interests are Paediatrics, Musculoskeletal Medicine, Mental Health and Medical Education. He takes the lead on Medical student education in the practice and is an honorary clinical lecturer at Warwick Medical School. When not running around after his three children he likes to read, cook and travel.

Nurse Pat


Pat first joined the Practice in 2004 and then returned in 2011 following a year working in Coventry as a Specialist Respiratory Nurse. She has a diploma in chronic disease management with a particular interest in respiratory conditions. Pat leads our asthma and COPD clinics but is also available for a range of nurse appointments alongside Rosie.

Nurse Harriet

Harriet came back to nursing in 2019 after having 15 years out to pursue other interests and also raise a family. She has since been a practice nurse at a surgery in Warwick. Currently Harriet is available for a variety of nursing appointments

Practice Manager

Madeleine is responsible for the administration of the practice and welcomes any comments you may have on the service you receive.


Georgia .

Georgia joined the practice in 2016 and is responsible for assisting in administrative duties such as patient recalls, creating letters and managing our website and appointment system. She also helps cover Reception, Dispensary and Secretarial duties when needed.

Denise .

Denise joined the practice in 2016 and is responsible for assisting in administrative duties such as filing notes, patient recalls, creating letters and managing our bereavement and carer support packs. She also helps cover Reception and our Secretary when needed.


Julie .

Julie carries out secretarial duties and arranges referrals to hospitals.


Our receptionists and are your first point of contact and will help with any queries you have and make appointments. They will help you as much as possible but cannot give any medical advice.

Our dispensers supervise the medicines that the doctors prescribe. Many medical conditions need monitoring and the dispensers will inform you when a check-up is due. They liaise each morning with the doctors. Requests for repeat prescriptions should be made using your repeat request form or by phoning the dispensary on (024) 7654 5181.

Community Midwives

Our midwife sees all our pregnant ladies for their routine antenatal care and looks after them for the first few weeks after delivery. She holds her clinic on Monday afternoons.

Rugby Health

Staff supplied to us that work throughout all the doctors surgeries in Rugby to support GP's by providing patients with specialist care.

Hayley Standell

Hayley is our First Contact Physio who helps treat short term musculoskeletel problems (joints and muscular injuries)

Chloe Adams

Chloe is our Dietician who can help treat a number of issues such as Diabetes, Malnutrition, Weight Management, Gastrointestinal issues and Cardiovascular Disease

Nadia Ghafoor

Nadia is our Clinical Pharmacist who is responsible for our patient medication reviews which is a time consuming but vital part of GP work.

Jess Burdett

Jess is our Pharmacy Technician who works closely with the Doctors and Dispensary on projects and admin to help Dispensary run smoothly

Diana Alfageme

Diana is our Mental Health Liaison Worker supporting patients with a number of conditions and circumstances.

Community Nurses

The district nursing team work with the practice in the care of our housebound patients. They liaise closely with the doctors and the practice nurses.
