We are a two-doctor partnership working in purpose built premises to provide healthcare to patients in Stretton on Dunsmore and surrounding villages.
We aim to provide high quality, appropriate healthcare and treatment to those who are ill or have ongoing medical needs. This is best achieved by offering a range of skills and expertise within our team of GPs, nurses, midwife, health visitor, phlebotomist and other support staff.
Brookside Surgery has been involved in training GPs for nearly 20 years. GP Registrars join us for their final 12 months of GP training and also for 6 months placements before they commence their final year. They are all fully qualified doctors with at least 3 years post qualification experience. Video recordings of some consultations with GP Registrars are made as part of their examination process. The consent of the patient is obtained prior to the consultation and can be withdrawn at anytime.
We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
Keep up to date with the latest news in our Newsletters!
Our dedicated team are here to treat minor ailments and to provide specialist management of long-term conditions; as well as clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
Partners in Care
Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and what the practice is offering are always heading in the same direction.
